CONDITION REPORTS

Whilst we hold the highest confidence with our suppliers we believe it necessary that these wines are routinely checked for any defaults. After all, provenance is key to up holding the highest value on stock and therefore allowing peace of mind for the wines we deliver to our clients.

So what does a ‘condition report’ include?

It is vital that you have some evidence in place before you part with payment for such expensive goods. Therefore, backed up with photographic evidence and important criteria on the condition of the wine, bottles and packaging, checks are carried out by the ‘independent‘ handler (Vinotheque) to confirm acceptance in accordance to our trading policies, terms and conditions.
